This scholarship is a memorial scholarship established by friends and family in honor of Fran Elseman a former MCC Central Registration supervisor.

Scholarship Criteria:

• Financial need is required
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Completed 15 credit hours at or above the 1000 level at MCC
