This scholarship was established by Kathryn Halverson-Rigatuso family, friends and colleagues to honor Carl's dedication for the technical trades. This scholarship will be available to students seeking a journeyman status in any of the apprenticeship programs offered at MCC.

Scholarship Criteria:

• Pursuing completion of an apprenticeship program
• Enrolled full-time in an apprenticeship program (6 clock hr/week)
• Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above (high school)
