When selecting a location for your tour that meets your academic needs, please consider that not all programs are at all locations. Refer to our online catalog for specifics.
All requests for MCC tours begin with our online form. Once a form is submitted, an MCC representative will follow up by phone within three business days.

Campus Tours
Per MCC COVID-19 Campus Use Policy, masks are required inside all buildings while at any campus or location.
- Please note that campus tours do not include advising sessions; if you would also like to meet with an advisor, make arrangements with the MCC representative who calls you as a follow up to your campus tour request submission.
- Campus tours are offered every Friday when scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
Campus tours are offered at different times at each campus and through personalized scheduling at our centers.

- Fort Omaha Campus - Construction, Culinary, Information Technology, Prototype Design and professional certification programs.
- South Omaha Campus - Automotive Technology, Business, Healthcare and Manufacturing programs.
Also the home of the Veterans and Military Resource Center.
- Elkhorn Valley Campus - Art programs including Fashion and Graphic Design, Photography, Video Production.
- Applied Technology Center - Automotive Repair, CDL Truck Driving, Diesel Technology and Fire Science programs.
- Sarpy Center - General education, academic transfer and career education classes.
- MCC North Express, MCC South Express, MCC DoSpace and the MCC Fremont Area Center - all offer Continuing Education courses, Adult Education and GED classes.
Small Group Tours
Per MCC COVID-19 Campus Use Policy, masks are required inside all buildings while at any campus or location.

- Small group tours are limited to 10 individuals as a maximum.
- Small group tours are offered at each of our locations below based on availability; we encourage only one location per visit.
- Tours last from 60 to 90 minutes depending on location.
- Tours must be requested at least two weeks in advance.
- Small group tours are not available for the two weeks prior to the start of the quarter or the first week of the quarter due to high demand in our Student Services areas.
What to Expect

Student Expectations
- Maintain a respectful attitude for all presenters, students and faculty of the College
- Come prepared with a positive attitude and be ready to actively participate in all tour activities
- Have respect for the campus property including all indoor and outdoor facilities
- Cell phones and other electronics must be turned off for the duration of the tour
- Be conscious of noise levels and side conversations
- While speakers present, they should have your full attention
- As you walk around inside and outside of buildings, keep in mind that this is a school with classes that are in session, and noise can be a huge distraction to students trying to learn
Chaperone Expectations
- Stay with students at all times and keep an attentive attitude toward students throughout the tour
- Immediately address and prevent any negative student behaviors that occur on tours
- Understand that chaperones are responsible for student safety on tours
- For students under 18, at least one chaperone per 10 students must be in attendance (bus drivers do not count)
The Day of the Tour
- Wear appropriate walking shoes and clothing (expect to do some outside walking on this tour)
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early at the pre-determined location
- Call 531-MCC-2400 at least 24 hours in advance.
Understand that the inability to meet these tour expectations may result in the cancellation of your tour at any point.
