Tuition Waiver

Employee Tuition Waiver is available to regular full-time and part-time employees for credit and most noncredit classes, providing the employee enrolling on waiver does not prevent a tuition-paying student from enrolling in the class. Tuition-free classes are provided on a space-available basis.

Dependent Tuition Waiver is available for eligible dependents of regular full-time and part-time employees for credit and most noncredit classes, providing the dependent enrolling on waiver does not prevent a tuition-paying student from enrolling in the class. Dependents are defined as a spouse, child or stepchild, providing the dependent lives in the same household as the employee and is claimed as a dependent on the employee's federal income tax return.

Tuition-free classes are provided on a space-available basis. Continuing Education reserves the right to designate certain noncredit classes as not available for tuition waiver or to limit the number of students per noncredit class enrolled under employee tuition waiver. If the employee leaves employment with the College within six months upon hire, the employee must reimburse any dependent tuition benefits received.
