Nursing (NURS)

Program Descriptions

  • Nursing (ASNAS) - Associate in applied science, provides classroom instruction, laboratory experience and clinical practice to prepare the currently licensed PN for the role of an RN

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 

  • Practical Nurse (LPNCE) - Certificate of achievement, graduates of this program are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN) for licensure as a practical nurse

  • Medication Aide

  • Register for classes - Students cannot register for nursing classes. Students may self-register for Medication Aide only. Students must submit application to the Health and Public Services office for the Licensed Practical Nurse - Certified course.
