Overview

Database Management and Data Analysis programs at MCC provide students with a strong technical foundation in the design, implementation, and management of relational and big data databases, as well as data warehouses.

Both the degree and certificate options offer students foundations on inspecting, cleaning, transforming and modeling data to uncover useful information and leave them prepared to obtain Microsoft and MySQL certifications.

The Data Science Career Certificate equips students with a working knowledge of gathering, managing, interpreting and storytelling using data.

Job & Salary Outlook

Data Administration certificate holders might become data scientists, database administrators, computer network architects, information security analysts, information system managers, network administrators and business intelligence consultants.

Data Science certificate holders can be found as machine learning engineers, quantitative or business analysts, statisticians, or data warehouse architects.
