Photo ID Guidelines

Use the MCC Identification Card Request Form in your student MyWay (under College links) to request an MCC ID card, provide verification of your identity, and upload a current photo for inclusion on your ID. Your legal name and address information must be current in MyWay for your ID card to be issued and mailed.

There are several guidelines that you need to follow to ensure that your picture works with our system and also serves as an appropriate form of identification.
