Welcome to the Records office

We are responsible for a variety of processes including issuing transcripts, transcript evaluation, graduation application and ceremony and enrollment verification.

The Records office is part of Enrollment Services and, in addition to adhering to our mission statement, we also adhere to the mission and vision statement for Enrollment Services.

Records office mission statement

The mission of the Records office is to serve students, staff, faculty and the community by providing excellent customer service in the following areas:

  • Processing and maintaining accurate, detailed and updated student records pertaining to credit courses
  • Processing of transcript requests and transcript evaluations
  • Providing academic enrollment verification information
  • Processing and confirming graduation applications

The office is proactively involved and remains innovative with workflow decisions to best serve all our customers.

Records forms:

The Grade Change and Removal of Permanent Student Grade (for Record Action Appeal) forms can be found at the bottom of the Records page in My Way.

Attention GED students: For information about GED transcripts and diplomas, visit the GED Program page.

Sending GED transcripts or diplomas to MCC: Send them to the appropriate department that is requesting them. The Records office does not retain them and forwards them to the Financial Aid office if there is no indication of where they need to be sent to.
