proctored Accuplacer Assessment Testing for an outside INSTITUTION (college, university, etc) with an MCC Testing Center.
Students seeking to take an Accuplacer assessment for another Academic Institution with an MCC Testing Center must complete the following:
- The student must contact the outside institution (college, university, etc) to register for a remote Accuplacer assessment. The outside institution must iniate the request by electronically registering the student through Accuplacer and selecting the MCC Testing Center location where the student will schedule to test.
- Once a Remote Accuplacer is registered , an email will be forwarded to the student, and the MCC Testing Center location selected, with a Testing Voucher Number.
- The student then contacts the MCC Testing Center location the Remote Accuplacer was registered to and schedules an appointment.
- A $30 proctoring fee is required for students taking an Accuplacer for all institution outside the state of Nebraska. MCC does not charge a proctoring fee to students who are testing for another Nebraska institution.
- This fee must be paid in advance of taking the test. Fees may be paid at either the Student Services Cashier Cage (cash, credit card, check) or by contacting the Student Accounts office at 531-MCC-2405 (credit card only).
- Students must obtain and present a receipt a number to the Testing Center staff as proof of payment before testing can be initiated.
- A valid original (not a copy or photo) government-issued photo ID is required to present before any exam will be administered.
Accuplacer testing for other institutions is subject to MCC Proctoring Policies.
