Definitions

Full Support - ITS will provide full support, using Help screens, web pages, manuals/resource books, and vendors
Limited Support - ITS will utilize the information found in the Help screens of the application.  Beyond that, the employee is expected to take other avenues to resolve issues (i.e., web pages, manual/resource books, vendors)
No Support - Employee will need to use resources found in the Help screens, web pages, manuals/resource books, and vendors for assistance with application
