How to Post Jobs and Internship Opportunities

Career Coach
Sign up and create an employer account on Career Coach to post jobs and internship opportunities visible to MCC students. Employer setup is simple:

  1. Sign up for an employer account and complete your company's profile.
  2. Once your account is verified, create a new job posting.
  3. Send for approval and MCC Career Services will review your posting.
  4. Your account will allow you to view all applicants, download their resumes, and edit your posting anytime.


Skilled Trades Job Board

Post job opportunities anytime here: https://apps.mccneb.edu/JobPosting/   (the system does not like bullet points in your description and flyers need to be under 4MB).  Once posted, you can view it here: https://apps.mccneb.edu/JobPosting/JobListing.aspx  

Career Services Networking Events

  • Career FairsParticipate in a Career Fair  at one of our main campuses. This is a good opportunity for your organization to connect with MCC students in a more intimate setting. Career Fairs will be scheduled quarterly throughout the academic year.  
  • Speakers Bureau - Contact us for if you are interested in class presentations about a particular career or idustry
  • One-on-One Information Sessions - Contact us if you are interested in on-site interviews, job/career specific recruitment or information sharing
  • Facility Tours - Expose students to industry, career, or life as a professional your environment
  • Mock Interviews - Mock interviews allow for MCC students to practice interviewing with professionals from the community. Community professionals will provide feedback on their interview and resume. Contact us.
