Application Process


  • Check the Employment Opportunities and complete an application at
  • Screening Committee will review applications and call in qualified candidates for interviews
  • Candidate completes signs application, signs agreement for employment verification, signs background check form, interviews, and takes any appropriate work sample tests
  • If hired, supervisor calls candidate to offer the position at an appropriate salary or wage, and discusses start date
  • Human Resources assists new employee with hiring process steps, e.g., completion of I-9 and W-4 forms, request for transcripts (if needed), request for accommodation (if needed)
  • Human Resources sends an official offer letter with probation requirements
  • If not hired, all candidates/applicants will be notified by e-mail of the selection decision
