Student Links - Add to Mobile Device

How to Add Student Canvas/Student Links to Your Home Screen

(For iPhone and Android Users)

Add On IPHONE

  1. Open Safari and go to https://www.mccneb.edu/
  2. Scroll down the page below the cover photo to pink tile labeled "Canvas/Student Links"
  3. Tap on the Canvas/Student Links tile Canvas/Student Links image example (allow it to load after tapping on it)
  4. Tap the share icon Share icon image
  5. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
  6. Edit the name or leave as Student Links
  7. Tap Add to add to your Home screen
  8. Canvas/Student Links shortcut is now on your Home screen

Add On Android

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to https://www.mccneb.edu
  2. Scroll down the page below the cover photo to pink tile Canvas/Student Links image example labeled Canvas/Student Links
  3. Tap on the Canvas/Student Links tile (allow it to load after tapping on it)
  4. Tap the ellipsis icon (options button for Talkback users) Ellipsis icon image in the top right corner
  5. From the menu, tap Add to Home screen
  6. Edit the name or leave as Student Links
  7. Tap Add to continue
  8. If you do not see the Student Links icon on your primary home screen, scroll left to find it.
  9. Touch and hold the icon to drag the Student Links icon to the primary home screen (on some devices, you may need to tap Add again to add the icon to the Home screen. Student Links shortcut is now on your Home screen.
