MCC announces two new administrative leadership roles
 
OMAHA, Neb. — Metropolitan Community College has announced Nannette Rodriguez as the College’s first College Marketing officer and Gary Girard as the associate vice president for Community and Workforce Education.
Rodríguez joined MCC in 2016 as the associate Vice President of Marketing, Brand and Communication. In this new role, she will continue to oversee marketing, as well as college recruitment and its contact center. This new appointment applies her talents to a broader scope of leadership challenges.
Gary Girard was named the associate vice president for Community and Workforce Education. Girard was previously the executive director of Continuing Education, constantly expanding and diversifying programming offered to learners of all ages and interests. This newly created role extends his leadership to include the College’s Workforce Innovation Division where will provide leadership and strategic direction for the design and delivery of workforce training programs, customized skills development training, professional development and community education programming.
