Change/Declare a Major? (Programs of Study available)

  • If you have questions or concerns about changing your major (academic program), please meet with an academic advisor. You can complete the Academic Program Change Request Form to start the change process. Although the form is available 24/7, Academic Programs will only be changed during the time between the conclusion of one academic quarter and the end of the second week of the next academic quarter. Requests for academic programs which have an application and admission process (LPN, ASN, Respiratory Care, Medical Assisting, Fire Science, etc...) will not be processed this way. They will be processed through the respective Academic Dean's offices after the student is admitted to the program.
  • To schedule an appointment visit Advising Appointment.
  • Career Services is also a great resource for career exploration—especially if you're undecided!
  • If you are an F-1 international student, follow the process listed in the Change of Educational Level/Major form because academic advisors do not change majors for F-1 students.
