Student Prepared Lunch & Dinner
The Sage Student Bistro operates as a customer-focused classroom providing our students an opportunity to refine their culinary, bakery, service and supervisory skills in a setting where the element of time is as important as the food and service. Because it is a classroom, the Bistro is open when students are in session. A standard menu is offered at lunch, as well as weekly prix fixe specials at dinner. Find us on Facebook for media and additional information.
Things to know:

- Reservations are available and recommended for both lunch and dinner. Walk-ins will be served as possible. Reservations for groups up to 6 persons are available through OpenTable.com or the widget below. Groups larger than 6 should contact us for reservations.
Menus
STUDENT Specials & Prix Fixe Menus
- Lunch | Students in the Casual Dining course design and prepare sandwich specials as a part of their course work. The student sandwich specials begin April 6th.
- Dinner | The American Sages Project: We value the wisdom to be found by studying the masters of our craft. The American Sages that our students study while enrolled in Fine Dining and Plated Desserts courses provide inspiration and knowledge that help shape the menus our guests enjoy during our “Prix Fixe Weeks” at Sage. These student-created menus are offered in the second half of the quarter as noted here. During these weeks, this streamlined menu invites guests to select either the students’ prix fixe menu, or a set vegetarian menu curated by Chef Instructor James Davis.
