This six-hour, in-person Real Estate Workshop satisfies the Nebraska Real Estate Commission’s required pre-licensing education for individuals preparing to take the Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson or Broker examination. The course focuses on professional conduct, ethical practices, and standards required of real estate professionals in Nebraska.
Participants will engage in interactive instruction designed to build competency in handling real estate transactions, with an emphasis on ethics, professionalism, and compliance with state regulations. The workshop includes real-world case studies and guided group discussions addressing common ethical issues faced in real estate practice.
This workshop is also appropriate for current real estate professionals seeking continuing education units.
