Student-Prepared Lunch & Dinner

Sage Student Bistro Logo

Sage Student Bistro is a classroom where students gain skills working in a restaurant while supervised by experienced chef instructors. The classes that operate during restaurant hours are Restaurant Service I & II, Restaurant Cookery I & II, Restaurant Desserts, and Restaurant Leadership.

Hours of operation for Sage Student Bistro align with student curriculum.

Monday - Thursday
Lunch: 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
March 23 - May 7
Dinner: 6 p.m.-8 p.m.
March 23 - May 12
Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Reservations

Reservations are highly recommended for lunch and required for dinner. Reservations for parties of up to six may be made through Tock. Our booking page is: Sage Student Bistro - Omaha, NE | Tock.

Lunch at Sage

Our Small Plate Menu Concept

You taste more. We cook more. That is the goal.

Each plate leaves the kitchen as soon as it is created, arriving in two or three “waves.” Indulge in each as they arrive. Enjoy!

Lunch Hours: Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Student Features: MCC’s Restaurant Cookery I students each design and prepare a sandwich special as a part of their course work. On select dates the students’ sandwiches will be featured for one day only, until sold out.

Parking: During lunch service, guests may park in College lots as available. Reserved parking for Bistro guests is available in the lot to the north of Building 22.

Dinner at Sage

Six courses of elevated seasonal selections inspired by notable American Chefs.

Dinner Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6 p.m.–8 p.m.

Student Features: MCC’s Restaurant Cookery II students design and prepare their own multi-course prix fixe menu as a part of their course work. Student menus will be featured on select dates.

Wine Service: Sage Student Bistro serves wine and beer at dinner. We maintain a concise but thoughtful beverage list featuring red and white wines, as well as an assortment of local and imported beers. If you have a special bottle of wine you would like to enjoy in our restaurant, corking service is available for just $10 per 750 ml bottle.

Parking: During dinner service, guests may park in College lots as available. Reserved parking for Bistro guests is available in the lot to the north of Building 22.
