EVC Campus Store

After a full reset over the spring and summer, the MCC Campus Store at Elkhorn Valley Campus opens its doors this week. Here’s the scoop on what employees, students and the general public can look forward to:

What’s new?

MCC ownership — The MCC Campus Store at EVC is now fully owned and operated by MCC. This means all revenue from the sale of branded merchandise and convenience items goes back to the College and our students.

More variety — Visitors can purchase a broader variety of ready-to-eat snacks, frozen microwaveable entrées, drinks, college supplies and personal items. Plus, quality (not to mention, super cool) MCC-branded merchandise and apparel that can only be found at EVC.

Karma Koffee in-store — Local coffee provider, Karma Koffee is located inside the MCC Campus Store at EVC offering their signature coffee drinks, along with smoothies, lemonades, teas plus made-to-order breakfast and lunch, including gluten-free and vegan choices.

No discounts needed — The MCC Campus Store at EVC sets fair pricing from the outset without the need for discounts. Where mainstream retail operations typically set their profit margins at 50% or more, the MCC Campus Store at EVC caps theirs at 30%.

True MCC service — Consistent hours of operation, quality service, choice and value are how the Campus Store promotes student success.

What about books and class materials?

The week prior to and after quarter start will feature a bookstore pop-up at EVC that will allow students to:

• Assistance placing orders online
• Pick up orders placed online at EVC

No textbooks will be stocked at the MCC Campus Store at EVC. For in-person textbook shopping, students can visit Follett-operated bookstores at Fort Omaha and South Omaha Campus locations.

When is the Campus Store open?

Store hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
