AI Agility Certificate

The MCC AI Agility Certificate program is a structured, cohort-based learning experience designed to help professionals partner effectively with artificial intelligence in the workplace. Rather than focusing on technical development or advanced AI theory, this course emphasizes human-first, practical application—helping participants integrate AI into everyday workflows while preserving human judgment, creativity, and decision-making.

Through applied exercises, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection, participants learn how to use AI as a collaborative tool to improve productivity, reduce repetitive work, and adapt confidently as AI technologies continue to evolve. The course is designed to build lasting habits and foundational skills that remain relevant even as tools and platforms change.

This course is designed for professionals across disciplines who want to use AI more effectively at work without becoming technical experts. AI Agility is ideal for individual contributors, managers, and team leaders seeking a practical foundation for AI use, as well as professionals who want to future-proof their skills and remain adaptable in an AI-enabled workplace.

No prior AI experience or technical background is required.

AI Agility is delivered through a structured, guided format that activates daily engagement and habit-building over a 30-day period. Participants move through applied learning modules focused on real workplace scenarios, practical use cases, and ethical considerations. Beyond the initial 30-day experience, participants will retain access to the learning platform for one year. The platform includes new challenges, ideas for AI application in the workplace, updates from AI experts, and additional individual resources and community access opportunities.

The program emphasizes repeatable frameworks, reflection, and implementation rather than one-time exposure to tools.

The cost of the AI Agility Certificate is $500, which includes all instructional materials and coursework.

There are no formal prerequisites to enroll in the AI Agility Certificate. The course is designed for individuals at all experience levels who are seeking a foundational, accessible introduction to using artificial intelligence in the workplace. No prior technical background or AI experience is required.
