MCC hosting annual golf tournament to benefit students

OMAHA, Neb. – The Metropolitan Community College Foundation will look to raise money for SkillsUSA students traveling to competitions through the 11th annual MCC Golf Outing on Saturday, June 8, at Tiburon Golf Course, 10302 S. 168th St.

“This is a fun event for MCC industry partners, faculty, staff and friends to take part in. All proceeds of this event will help qualified students travel to SkillsUSA competitions,” said Rick Sandvig, development manager with the MCC Foundation. “These students are future industry leaders and they deserve our support.”

There will be a 1 p.m. shotgun start with a four-person scramble format. Cost per person is $90 or $360 per team. Mulligans, raffles and a live auction will be available the day of the event. Those interested should register no later than May 24. For more information and to register, visit mccneb.edu/golf or contact Rick Sandvig at 531-MCC-2345.
